Sr. Software Quality Analyst

Minimum 3-4 years experience.

Description:

CWS Technology is looking forward to hire a Sr. Software Quality Analyst (any graduate/ postgraduate) to assess software quality through manual and automated testing responsible for finding and reporting bugs & glitches. The candidate will be responsible to identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate immediately to the assigned team member. The candidate is required to have a positive attitude towards team members and organization. The candidate is expected to have an attitude of self-motivation which is a primary means of realizing goals and progress. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute test cases and analyze system specifications.
  • Candidate will be responsible for working with developers to perform root-cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosis.
  • Designing testing strategies according to the project scope and timescales.
  • Managing software defect tracking, reporting and resolution, using a bug tracking system.
  • Responsible for performance testing and cross-platform testing.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Sound knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle and Defect Life Cycle (Manual & Automation both). Hands on Test Management Software and SQL is must..
  • Knowledge of testing process, test tools, creation and understanding of testing artifacts like test plan, test case.
  • Good Understanding of Web/Desktop/Mobile/APIs based Application and Technologies. Should have experience in web and mobile testing (Android and IOS).
  • Automation tool like J Meter and Selenium will be an advantage.

Sr. Project Coordinator

Minimum 3-5 year experience..

Description:

CWS Technology is looking forward to hiring a Senior Project Coordinator. The candidate should have a prior experience in IT-Software industry only with a minimum experience of 3 years as Project Manager/ Coordinator into relevant domain as mentioned above. The candidate is required to have a positive attitude towards team members and organization. He is expected to have an attitude of self-motivation which is a primary means of realizing goals and progress.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Be a part of status meetings and helping PM/Team members maintaining and updating project plans, create internal and client status reports, suggest resourcing looking at the capacity plan, and maintain the same in the project plan as well.
  • Follow-ups with the team for task level activities highlighting the delays and escalating if needed.
  • Assist in preparing, updating and publishing project plans.
  • Assist in tracking & documenting project phases and creating status summary reports for the stakeholders at weekly intervals.
  • Extracting the pending tasks report from plan and publishing the same to the team to avoid delays and road blockers.
  • Assist with capacity planning
  • Working closely with the Leads and teams to ensure that the project deliverables are achieved.
  • Facilitate the day to day coordination between Project Leads and Project Teams.
  • Report and escalate proactively any delay or risk to Manager/Lead as per the needs.
  • Will be working as a backup to PM as in when needed i.e. ensure that other projects and tasks are on track in PMs absence or not available due to other priorities.
  • Tracking the daily project progress within team, to ensure on
  • time delivery of the interim milestones.
  • Keep track of over assigned and underutilized resources on the projects and get them balanced in project plan.
  • Regular follow ups with team for their task status, risk and challenge faced

  • Project analysis and milestone delivery planning based on constraints like time, cost and resource availability.

Core Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Project monitoring.
  • Must have knowledge of MS Excel.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree. Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
