At CWS Technology, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service and satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure you receive a fair and timely resolution.

Refund Eligibility:


To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The service for which the refund is being requested must have been purchased directly from CWS Technology.
The request for refund must be made within 7 days of the service delivery date.
The service must not have been used or partially used in any way.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, please send an email to refunds@cwstechnology.com with the following information:

Your name and contact information.
The service for which you are requesting a refund.
The reason for the refund request.
Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If your request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used to purchase the service.


Exceptions:


The following services are non-refundable:

 1. Domain registration
 2. SSL certificates
 3. Hosting services
 4. Maintenance services
